Strength & fitness classes

At Dottir, strength and fitness is about so much more than exercise.

Our small group classes are designed to help women feel stronger, physically and mentally, in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re completely new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking to build on your strength, our sessions are created to meet you where you are.

We offer a mix of strength-based training, high-energy fitness sessions, conditioning, and specialist support including postnatal classes, all delivered in small groups where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged.

There’s no pressure to be at a certain level or to already “know what you’re doing.” The focus is on building confidence, improving strength and fitness, and helping you leave each session feeling stronger than when you arrived.

At Dottir, it’s about showing up for yourself, moving your body, and finding strength in every sense of the word.

I’ve never been one for the gym and certainly didn’t have the confidence to attend one on my own, but Dottir is completely different. Everyone works at their own strength and speed, so you never feel like you’re failing or worried you can’t do it right. I started feeling great both physically and mentally. As my pregnancy progressed, Stacey tailored exercises for me so I didn’t miss out.
