Dottir Wellbeing Centre

The Dottir Wellbeing Centre is a space built around strength, support, and community.

At the heart of the centre is our Strength & Fitness offering, with sessions designed to help women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in both body and mind. Alongside this, our Dottir CIC delivers free wellbeing and support programmes for women who may be navigating mental health challenges, trauma, loss, or difficult life experiences.

The centre is also home to a range of specialist wellbeing services, bringing together trusted practitioners and therapies under one roof. From massage and bodywork with SM Body Balance, to emotional support through Dragonfly Counselling & Reiki, and movement-based rehabilitation with GB Health Clinical Pilates, Dottir offers a holistic approach to wellbeing in a welcoming and supportive environment.

As well as our regular services, the centre hosts events throughout the year including lectures, fundraising initiatives, networking opportunities, workshops, and seasonal community events such as our Christmas celebrations.

  • Graeme is an experienced trainer, tutor and assessor with a demonstrated history of working in health and fitness.

    Looking to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing?

    Graeme offers 6-week Clinical Pilates courses at the centre, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce pain.
